I contacted my congressman some time back..After one month I received a reply. They were able to contact TSC and find out that TSC is currently processing around March 8th, 2002 cases and that my RD/ND is in June, 2002..(You know the usual stupid reply from TSC)..

Here comes the interesting part though..TSC has informed my congressman that MY NAME CHECKS HAVE CLEARED..and THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING MY FP NOTICE WITHIN NEXT 30-45 DAYS..

Has anybody got similar experience...and does TSC even care to keep the promise ???
 
Hi Jack,

Nice to see TSC has given some assurance. Once they assure, they will stick to that. It happened to me. On 30th day (last day) they sent FP notice for me.

How did you do AC21

Hi Jack,

I observed that you used AC21 for EB1(OR).

Could you tell me the criteria you considered for the new job.

Three permanent researchers in the same field bla..bla...how did you manage?

I am planning to use AC21 for EB1(OR) case.

We can see that people are getting approved within 6-7 months both I140 and I485 in CSC :mad:

Hi Guys,

Please can anyone explain to me what this NAME CHECK involves? What are they checking for? Any one knows?
