Replied To RFE - Waiting for Approval

HI all,

For them, who have similar case to mine.

I recieved an employment verification RFE on June 12th.
BCIS needs
1. Current employment Letter
2. Last 5 Pay Stubs.
3. Last two years of W2 form.
4. Last 2 years of Tax Returns.

I changed my parent company after 14 months of filing I485.

I did not recieve any written document from BCIS regarding the RFE. But my attorney did, and ofcourse online message.

I replied back to the RFE and now online message states that BCIS recieved the required evidence on July 1st.
Also my finger print were takn on April 18, 2002. My 15 months will be getting over soon of FP.

So now I am keeping my fingers cross and hoping to hear soon from BCIS.

What is your FP date. I bet you must have been fingerprinted in March.

I got the same RFE . What documents did you submit for Tax returns like 1040 etc ...

Gonecase, my fingerprint were done sometime around April 12, but BCIS recieved them on April 18th, 2002.


Kmaro, I submitted TAX return forms 1049 and W2 forms for last two years. When did you replied back to your RFE?

I got RFE on 06/13 for employment letter. My company had requested my paystubs too as support documents while sending the letter to the attorney. The RFE was received at BCIS on 07/03 (online status). My FP was done on 04/19/2002.

Keeping my fingers crossed at the moment. Looks like both the cases are with the same officer.
