The new form for renunciation of citizenship asks for "TEHSIL" where you were born. Has anyone submitted this form without the TEHSIL since I have no idea what it is.
Also, item 5 is Father's name and item 6 is date of birth. Whose date of birth is that? Applicants or Fathers? Item 1 already has the applicants date of birth.
