Renunciation form Marriage question confusion

Hi forum members. I need some advice please.
So I am trying to fill the Renunciation form online and there are only two choices
1.) I have been married.
2.) I have not been married.
Well I was married and now am divorced. So what should I choose?
It seems I can't choose I have been married cos it seems to imply I am still married. And I don't know if I can choose I have not been married cos I don't know if they mean not married ever? So what should I do? Should I choose option 2 and write Divorced next to it?
Sorry if it seems a retarded question but I don't want to take any chances with these travisa guys. Thanks guys.

Guess they still don't expect Indians to be divorced hence they didn't give the option :D

Come on. Someone has to force Indian's to respect their country's "traditional" values. If not the government, who will do it?
