Rentry to the U.S. with I551 Stamp, Breeze, No Interview

I left the U.S. on 04/14/02 and re-entered on 04/21/02
at LAX airport

I only had a stamp in my passport (valid till 02/13/03).
I stood in line. Officer saw I had a stamp and asked me to
go down to counter 1. Went to counter 1, they just asked
me who petitioned my GC which I told them and then they stamped
my passport.

The only problem I had was a customs guy who asked me why I
hadn\'t got my physical GC as yet! I was about to lecture him
on how slow the INS is but didn\'t.

In all took only 10 minutes to clear immigration.

Question....

In which line did you stand to meet the Immigration officer ? I mean Citizens or H1B/visitors visa line.
Did you show any other document to satisfy the second officer at counter 1.
