Rentry after visa extension denied

Hi,

My mom came with a 10 year multiple entry visa in August, 2003. We filed for an extension 45 days before her I94 expired in February, 2004. Her extension was denied in May, 2004, and she left within 10days after receiving that.

I would like to bring her back in 2006/2007. Can I bring her back on that same 10yr multiple entry visa? Please share your experiences if you have gone through a similar situation. Most websites claim that her visa has been voided. is that true?

Please help. I am confused and tensed.

I would like to know the same. I have applied for extension for my mother would like to know what if her extension is denied?
