I have a flat for rent in ( Thane - Mumbai) but I am worried about the local impotent laws.
I heard few cases where it was difficult to evict tenent. It pains me to lose potentially 10KRs/month because of this.
Could you please suggest me a strategy/law that would get me started. I am sure this information would be of help to many of us in similar position.
