I am on H1b visa with my I140 approved. I am planning to buy a rental investment property. Can I buy property on my name directly and get rental income? If I can, should I have a property manager to manage my property and Is it mandatory?
I read online that I should start an LLC to receive rental income or transfer the property to some other property management LLC. is it mandatory or shall I just buy it on my name?
