My dependends filed their I-539 to extend their TD status a month before the expiry of their TD status. It was received by the Vermont processing centre before the expiry of their TD status.
We still have not received the approval notice (for the extension) and now their TD status is expired. Do they have any grace period to stay in the US because their TD extension application was received by the INS well before the expiry of their TD status?
