renewal of EAD(urgent help Needed )

Hi All,

Here is a different situation, I couldnot find answer for my kind of situation.
Alright here is the situation, My wife company is doing the GC for her, since I am dependent it is also working for me, we got the EAD's last year and it is getting expired on sep17th, and our license were also renewed based on the EAD dates. We were not aware of applying before 90 days of the expiry and we applied on july 21st, which would be less than 90 days by the time of expiry of EAD and License. I understand my wife can still continue working since she is working with the same company which is processing our GC, but I am worried about myself and our license getting expired. Here in cincinnati the license dept has become very strict, unless you show them a valid document they would not renew our license.
We both are working on EAD's until now.
So please anybody any kind of suggestion would be grealty appreciated. And also please let everybody know about it, So that nobody else gets into this kind of situation.

------- That is your mistake and you are responsible for late filing, always apply for EAD AP 6 months advance
which would be less than 90 days by the time of expiry of EAD and License. I understand my wife can still continue working since she is working with the same company which is processing our GC,
--- Your wife also need Valid EAD or valid H1 to work if she was using EAD then she has to talk to her employer HR and she should not get any pay for the period she worked with out EAD or H1. HR can pay her later when she gets EAD or go off pay role or be on leave with out pay. HR or accounts department has to handle the situation and if she works when she is with out valid EAD that work is unauthorized work and can create problems for her GC process at later stage

--- you have to wait till you get EAD or hit 90 days and go to local BCIS office on 91 day to get interim EAD. You should not work when you are with out valid EAD
