Can I get EAD and AP renewed being out of US?
My I-140 is still pending from Nebraska and EAD/AP expires on 05/09/2005.
I am in India currently and will not be in a position to return to US before expiry. what are my options?

Not good, in my opinion. EAD is the least of your problem. You will need valid AP to reenter back. Do you have H1 status/valid visa? If not, you have no option but to return back before AP expires. Or if AP expires, you probably will have to go to your home consulate and ask for a travel document for humanitarian reasons (I would not bet my life on that).
