If somebody has applied for renewal of AP/EAD either through lawyer of by himself, can you please let me know how much does it cost.
I had filed my I485 in last week of Dec 2000 and it seems that based on the current processing times from INS, it will easily take April to get the GC (or it might be delayed, you never know!!!)
My EAD/AP expires in 1st week of May so I am considering renewal of both EAD/AP immediately. Since my lawyer's fees are very much for these application, I need the following information :
1. Can renewal of EAD/AP applied individually? If so, what is the procedure and how safe is to apply by ourself?
2. If somebody has apply through lawyer can you please let me know what were the lawyer fees?
3. Does changing the lawyer for applying renewal of EAD/AP affect the renewal?
