renewal EAD&AP application send thru USPS.. Odd delivery message

I send EAD & AP renewal appliaction to Texas service center.

I am getting this message when i tried to track in USPS website.

"We attempted to deliver your item at 11:16 am on October 06, 2005 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later"

Anyone had same problem ???

Applications will return back to my address ??? :confused:

Anybody have any clue on this ??

My renewals will get collected in TSC or they will return back b'cos its PO box address and no one is there to sign the delivery confirmation ???

Sent to Vermont Center with out Issues...

Sri789,

I mailed my EAD & AP renewals to Vermont center last week with delivery confirmation by USPS and they reached there without any issues. The tracking message shows as below.

Label/Receipt Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 1987
Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 12:59 pm on October 06, 2005 in SAINT ALBANS, VT 05479.

I sent it as certified mail with return acknowledgement card.
This message must be due to the PO Box. Will it be returned back to me ? Not sure of it,
 
Need help on AP application

Hi,
As I am applying AP renewal for my wife i like to confirm few things before I file the application. My wife's H4 is already expired and she does not have EAD. So in I-131 form in Part1,3(Class of Admission) shall I write AOS? Or it should be anything else? Also under Part3, for 1(Date of Intended Departure) and 2(Expected length of Trip) I put 'Multiple' in both the fields. Is that OK? I do not know at this point when and how many times she will travel.

I am attaching following documents as Evidence of Eligibility. Please confirm suggest if any other documents are required.
1. I-485 Receipt
2. Copy of the first page(identity page) of the Passport
3. 2 photographs.(Digital print with high resolution)
4. Explanation why need AP, as addendum.

Somewhere in this forum I read that sending mails with return acknowledgement card may cause the non-delivery problem.
