My wife's H4 expires on 10/05 and my H1 expires 10/07.
Do you guys know of a "do it yourself kit" that can help me in submitting required papers and the process involved?
please help.
--------------- form I-539, her valid I-94 copy(both sides) her passport pages, if she has recent H4 approval notice attach the copy, your H1 approval notice copy and copy of your validI-94(front and back) USCIS correct fees, file her H4 extension before herI-94 gets expired(one can file 6 months advance) she need to sign form, send it with certified post to uscis service center. out side the envelop write in big bold letters : form I-539 for H4 status extension
