The green card has a 10 year experiation date on it... At the end of this period, is the renewal just a formality, or do they look at the residency and the time lived here? For instance to get citizenship there are residency and physical presence criteria. how about renewing green card, what are the criteria if there is.... and also are there any other criteria apart form residency, to renew the green card?
