Renew F1 while married

I would like to get my F1 visa stamped. Before i travel out of the US i want to make sure that because i got married while I'm here, it wouldn't create any problems to renew my visa as a student. Will my married status be known? or create any issues in getting my visa?

you have to report married status in your DS form. Do not hide any information.

That will depend on whether your spouse is a US citizen or a GC holder.
