RD: 10/19/01
FP: 03/25/02

EAD renewed two times already.....this will be IIIrd time

NO rfe...NO II FP ...no news at alll...........

pls advise....

Should renew EAD.

Though unfortunate, you cannot work without EAD legally.
To avoid unnecessary problems especially at this time and to have peace of mind, the 110 dollars spent on EAD application is worth it.

I have EAD expiring at the end of Dec. I will apply by the end of this month
 
how long will it take NOW to renew it...

Do u suggest to apply after OCT 20, 2003 ...after my Anniversary passes..(RD 10/19/01)

I would say renew it now. You can never predict BCIS. They never lack excuses for delay, plus holiday season is coming.

I am also a Oct 2001 filer and my current EAD will expire in mid Dec 03. I had it renewed at end of Aug, it was approved by end of Sept. but some people took longer. maybe you can wait one more week.

Totally lost hope on this GC thing. just cannot play with these VSC suckers any more. what a hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Mine tooo ..need to apply for ead - 3RD TIME

Can I apply any time or I have to wait for 60-90 day period window .... Any suggestions would be helpful.
