This provision is already in one of the proposed comprehensive immigration reform bills by Chuck Hagel, R-NE. If that bill ever passes, there will be no use of this forum for anybody - in other words retrogression will be wiped away.
Please guys post your thoughts. I urge all of them have US advance degree to come forward and push for law like H1B to remove any CAP for advance degree professional. Is there any one can share your thoughts and ideas. How to proceed?
Please guys we are in line with lot of people does not have even any real degree for the profession they are appling for green card. Pushing us backward.
I think if there is somthing like H1B lot of people has advance degree will be benifited. As well it would be the most valuable for U.S. employer as well as for the economy.

We probably need to talk to Rajiv about creating a lobbying group. Even if each advance degree professional contributes $100, the group could easily raise millions. Probably we need to approach some immigration lobbyist to take up our cause.
