I filed to remove conditions on greencard dec 15. I got an appointment for biometrics on Jan 31. My wife and son(both american born) want to go visit my parents ASAP(in pakistan).
Can they leave now?
If I get called for an interview, will they have to be at the interview too?
How long after biometrics should we expect a notice for interview or a new greencard? My greencard was supposed to expire feb 2.
