Hi, I have a couple of question about REMOVE CONDITION. Please help !
My condition:
- Im Asian, my husband is naturally US citizen (born, raised, an all)
-My 1st interview went very well, it took us around 20 minutes. The didn't even ask those "horrible" interview question that we prepaired for. Didn't even look at the file. So that was easy

Now it's time for the second round.
My first question is about the "Affidavits of third parties having knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship."
1. Is it important?
2. Does it HAVE to be notorized? Even if it were sign by both of my husband boss and big boss who are MAJOR and COLONEL in the US Army? I mean those guy wouldn't lie rite? Because it is a lot of hassel to get it actually notorized.
3. Because we move a lot so we lost tract of people we know in life, we are pretty much keep everything between each other so all contact we have is based on we are at. So the people I asked to notorized actually the people who know us for about 4 months or so. IS IT A PROBLEM? OR IT HAVE TO BE SOMEONE WE KNOW FOR A LONG TIME? because we actually dont have anyone except for his family.

My second question is about my background was an international student, married and stay in US, that alone should have raised a couple red flag to the USCIS. While it didn't affect me the first time, will it be the second time?

Beside that I also have what below:

- My husband and I both have bad credit, so we actually dont use credit card at all.
-We dont have house either due to my husband is in the army and we stay in the army housing ever since we married.
-We have some bill in both our names, some others in his name (but I have proof paying the bill using my debit card under my name).
-We share bank account.
-We bought a 2011 Honda under both our names.
-We have car insurance under both of our names.
-We tax document filed in both name.
-My husband have a life insurance around 500.000 and I am the sole beneficiary. In case we both die the money go to his grandparents.
-I have post card and letter send to me and my husband proving that we stay together ever since we married.
-We actually flew (25 hours flight) back to my country to have wedding there. We have copy of visa, plane ticket, and tons of wedding photo with my big family back there.
-My marriage is totally real but Im super duper worry.

ARE THOSE EVIDENCE BE ENOUGH TO CONVINCE THE USCIS PEOPLE?

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ELSE I NEED TO COMPLETE IN TERM OF EVIDENCE IN YOUR KNOWDLEGE. Trust me, everything will be appreciate. Thanks

Affidavits are not required if you have other good evidence. Those affidavits are mainly for people whose other evidence is weak. You look like you have pretty strong evidence, so don't worry about it.

That's a very common situation with many genuine couples. It's not a red flag.

Madam,

First of all many thanks to your husband for his service to the nation.

You don't even need those notarized letters. Your evidence looks more than enough. If you want, ou can add a letter indicating to them that you live in army housing, or you can get a letter from the Army Housing folks confirming that BOTH of you live together in army housing all this time.

Honestly I don't see any problem with your case AT ALL!

Relax.

Yes, definitely include copies of papers showing that you are a military spouse and receive related benefits -- housing, health benefits etc.

Don't worry. I am not in the military, and I thank you and your husband for his service to this country. However, most of the documentation that you said you have for the I-751 was the same type that my wife and I sent in when we needed to file the I-751 for her about a year ago. We where living in an apartment at the time that was month-to-month lease so we asked the assistant property manager for a letter saying we currently live there and when we moved in. As others recommended, I would advise getting the same type of letter from the housing office to show that both of you currently reside together. Since there was a backlog of cases at the Vermont Service Center when we filled, it took them 9 months to approve the case with no issues.
