Remote work on a TD Visa

My wife and I are Canadian citizens moving to the United States. She will be a TN1 visa holder, and I will receive the TD visa as her dependent.

I understand there are limitations for TD visa holders when it comes to work.

My question is: am I able to work for a Canadian company, remotely, which has no subsidiaries or customers in the United States, earning Canadian salary to a Canadian bank account?

Yes, as long as the foreign firm as no US connections, and neither you nor they are benefitting from your presence in US.
You should speak to a lawyer, as there seems to be disagreement.
