My labor was filed from NC in June 2003 and I guess the current state labor processing is at May 2003. Due to personal reasons, I have been contemplating a move to SFO but I do not want to jeopardize the immigration process and start from afresh. I would like to know until what stage of GC processing we can consider a location change without having to start afresh. Please also bear in mind that my current job is such that I can change my location and still be in the same job. So basically, it is the very same job, same team, same company, same day to day work but just different location. Any suggestions anyone?
