Can a company force an employee to relocate ?

If the person denies the relocation will it affect the I485 since the labor based on which I485 is filed mentioned that there is an 100% travel reqd.

Is it legal to force an employee for relocation ?

This is America. No employer can force you to do anything, but they of course can decide to terminate your employment should you decide to refuse their offer.

Doubtful. Did the the LC mention "other unspecified areas in the US?"
