Have u ever applied for any kind of relief from removal, exclusion or deportation?

I answered no to this question. Should it be yes...if yes then what should i do at the interview. The form is already sent...someone pls help and reply.

It is technical: If asylum was granted by the Asylum Office, then the answer is no. If granted by IJ or the BIA, then yes.

However, this is not something that you should worry about. If the interviewing officer tells you to change the answer, just do it and move on.

Does this have to do with the I-589 or the N-400?
