We should ask for no limits per country, etc.

Not exactly.
It all depends on the labor market/ economy. With the way the Chinese and Indian economies are doing people may start migrating that way.
Europe is also doing well and may do better over the next few years due to EU.
 
I hope this bill will not help NURSES only....It happened previously also but all visa numbers went to Nurses(Schedule A Workers) category...

I hope numbers will be equally divided in all EB categories...
