Amended I140 for company name change.
Called IIO once to link amended I140.
Inter filed for spouse but waiting for FP.
This site had helped me a lot. My sincere thanks to Rajiv Khanna for maintaining this wonderful site. I doesn\'t to sound like departing this site because I am so used to browse this site atleast 10 times a day. Anyway I will be around as I used to be.

Congratulations!! Was your I-140 amendment approved?

Also did you link I140 with 485 after the 140 was approved or before??

I140 was linked before it is approved. I remember it got approved within a week of linking with I485. Hope this helps
