My Uncle (My father's elder brother) is a US citizen. He is willing to sponser my immigration to USA. I am already in US on H1B. Can anyone advise the approach I need to take or the process for application.
your uncle cannot sponsor you. He can sponsor his sibling, and if you under 21 you will come as a dependent in some cases. Or that sibling can sponsor you after he/she gets a GC, but that will take 14+ years.
