I applied on NOV 2002. I got letter last week. I mention that I have sister in Canada. I have one family in Canada. we are from same village. but we are not blood relative. as same village I mention we are brother and sister.

Now CIC is asking proof for that. I already sent then landing paper for my sister in Canada.

Can you help me what can I send now?

Thanks,

being from the same village does *not* count as being siblings.
is her and your last name same? i guess not.
the way it goes is, you have to get a notarized letter from your sibling with maiden last name(which would be similar to your current last name) and some certified proof of her maiden name (like some old passport or ID card) and thus prove the relation
if you can prove somehow that you and she are related, cousins atleast, then go ahead otherwise just tell them you can't prove it. don't go ahead and say you lied, it would reflect very badly on your file.

Yes our last name is same. even in my Birth certificate shows that my village name and her landing record also show the same village name.

Does it mean that all villagers are your Sisters and Brothers; if She was not born to your mother she is not your real sister. Having same village or having same surmame or last name does not make you qualify for the bonus points and if that lady who is in Canada and is NOT your sister she can not claim that you are brother just having born in same village or having same surnames. USA is full of Patel’s do you think they can sponsor all the Patels of same village. You are NOT qualified for that Sister points and you don’t have any blood relation with her. If you submit any support documents from her she can be booked for immigration fraud including you.
