Relation between H1b labor and PERM LC

Urgent!! Relation between H1b labor and PERM LC

Can someone please tell me if the job requirements used at the time of filing H1B determine whether your PERM LC will be filed under EB2/EB3? Is there any connection whatsoever?

Your permanent Job offer it may be entirely different from H1 job will determine the EB2 or EB3 Is there any connection whatsoever?

Sorry if this sounds stupid.

I negelected to mention that the H1b and labor will be from the same company.
Also, in PERM since we are not allowed to use the experience with the company filing LC, does that really make a case for H1B job requirements to be the same as Labor for GC. :confused:

My previous posting is good for same company also.

You may be working for Analyst/Programmer job in H1, and your LC through PERM may be a DBA job.
