Related to H4 visa

My dependants has got their H4 visas but still in India, In the mean time I am planning to shift to another company through another H1 employer here.

In this case, should my dependants need to appear for H4 visas again?
Can they use the existing H4 visa (which contains the current employer name in it) to come to US even after me transferring my H1 employer?

---------------they can enter with Valid H4 Visa stamp and at POE they will get I-94 till Visa validity but if you get H1 transfer approved better send then your new H1 approval notice so that they can show valid Visa AND your new H1 approval at POE and they will get I-94 till your new H1 approval date
