Rejection may be because of Photo.

Two of my friends got rejected because of photo. They took the photo again and send to DC Office and got their visas approved.

But I am also waiting for the validity.

I sent on April 16th 2003 and waiting....
 
Some of the reasons for visa rejection

1 rejection of photo
2 not sending correct fee $100+75 (for Indians)
3 on forms incorrect info
4 not including DS-157 (Male between 16-45), not writing your name column 3 in your native language
5 employer letter missing
6 not attaching copy of I-94
7 not attaching current valid H1extention/transfer approval from BCIS
8 Not having first H1 visa from home country( many got refused who had first H1 visa from Dubai or.....
If they ask you to send it to DC on diffrent address then one can recieve PP back in 5-10 days

Should one send the original I-797 or copy of I-797?

lower portion of i797 is enough for visa revalidation?

my employer has given me only lower portion of i 797 with i94

of approvel notice.

is lower portion is enough of revalidation.

if upper portion is required. can i get from employer and staple with lower portion . is it right?

how many pay stubs are required for washington revalidation?

jaksen or other experts please?
