How many days or weeks will immigration take to response after submitting a reinstatement "reinstating" of an old petition.

How long ago was it denied or revoked? Why was it denied, and what is the basis of reinstatement? Is this a case where it was cancelled due to death of the petitioner?
A Motion to Reopen is usually processed within 30 days, if you filed it within 30 days after the denial or revocation.

The concept of "reinstatement" is usually associated with a student who has fallen out of status for no more than 8 months.
