Reiceved file no. from Buffallo...but no medical papers/or assessment decision on case

I applied on May 17th. Yesterday we recieved the file number from Immigration and
they did not send any medical papers nor any decision. Ii\'s been informed that, it may
take 20 weeks to recieve medical forms. Actually I was expecting medical forms
/or interview waiver/or some kind of decision. But this letter has file no and advise me
to wait for 20 weeks for medical or if interview is required to wait for another 8 months atleast.
i\'m really tense as i was expecting everthing to be finished atmost 3-4 months from now.
Pl. advise.

that\'s expected not to receive the medical papers/ROLF with the file#, you will get it, hopefully soon.

I was waiting for my file number and my application was recieved
to buffalo centre on June 6th ,01. 2 weeks more.
