For the FY2005 20K Quota that commences on 12th May:
1. Will the processing of applications be as per application receipt date? Or type of processing?
That is, will an application with PREMIUM processing having a receipt date of May 31, 2005 have more priority over an application with REGULAR processing having a receipt date of May 12, 2005?
2. Is it risky to apply with REGULAR processing if H-1B start date earlier than Oct 1, 2005 is being requested?
