Is it possible to register marriage here in US (to get a certificate) after getting married in home country abroad and bringing wife to US on H1B.
Did anyone do that or have any info on that ?
you need marriage to be registered where you got married if you got married in India then you cannot rigister in US.
FYI you don’t bring your wife on H1B after marriage you can bring her on H4 based on your H1B or she has to get her H1B that has to be filed by US employer
