Hi all,
I was reading the FAQs on this site regarding GCs and found that somebody asked what responsibilities one has as a LPR and this reply from Rajiv was one of those responsibilities:

have your children who are permanent residents register within BCIS within 10 days of turning 14

What does that mean? My 13 year old daughter got a green card last week (like me), but I'm not sure what "registering" her with USCIS means.

The FAQs on the website are fairly old (the newest one was posted on March 2006) so this might not be current. Any opinions?
