Regional US DOL, CA Processing time

Hi,
My LC was forwarded to US DOL at San Francisco on Sept 4, 2002. Can anyone tell approx how much time would it take before a decision is taken by US DOL ?

Also what is the current date of processing ??

Is US DOL processing the applications that were received by them as of Dec 2001 ?? That means it'll take another 9 months to get a LC ????????????????????

I have been told by my lawyer that the DOL times will become much faster in next few days. My receipt date is April 19, 2001 and he said I should get the labor approval within two months...

Gurus, should I believe him ???? Has anyone else received similar indications ? :confused:
