My H1B was filed in vermont center then my employer placed me in California center then I got RFE-> you suppose to work in the same region
IN EASTERN REGION Why your working in california.
what is the solution to resolve this issue.
please this is urgent.

if ur company had branch in VSC region and if you had worked before in VSC and paid taxes in VSC Region

ASK your employer to issue some ltter that you have been employed by VSC region branch and send that letter to INS along ( OPTIONAL :> with your past stubs and taxes paid to VSC region)

With first clause it is okay hopefully
