regd stamping with second H1 - attn GC Lover

Hello Gurus,

Can someone please clarify my query. I have 2 H1's . I got stamped with one H1. But due to some problems with the employer, i am not able to join them. I want to use the other H1. If i go for stamping again with the second H1 and if by chance there is a refusal, will the first H1 which got stamped will that also be cancelled. Please clarify.

yes, if you go for stamping again they will cancel all your previous visas, even if they don't approve your latest visa. I went for stamping in Jan and that guy at consulate stamped "Cancelled without prejudice" on all other visas before giving me new visa.
I am sure they must be doing something like that in case of refusal too.
