Regarding validity of old H1 Visa

I worked for Company A on H1-B, then I joined company B after H1 B transfer. After working for 1-1/2 yr for Comp B, again I joined company A after transgerring H1 B. Now I worked for company A for 8 months and now I want to join company B again with old H1-B and I have revalidity date in my passport for next year for Company B. Is it OK to do that or I have to do any other thing to join Company 'B' at this time.
2. Can I travel to India after joing company 'B' as I have valid stamp in my passport till next year for company "B"?

1)I think you still need to have h1 transfer for Company B. The old transfer is no longer valid.

2)yes, you can travel with the old visa (also carry the new h1 transfer doc.).
POE is becoming very strict so take caution to carry all the valid/necessary documents.
