Regarding Travel during Green Card Application

Hi,
I am applying for Green Card from MA. My wife is a U.S Citizen. I am currently on H1b.

I am using the following forms:

I - 130
1. G325A (Petitioner)
2. G325A (Sponsor)


I - 485
1. I-864
2. G325A (Petitioner)
3. Medical Examination Report

My Question:
Do I need any other forms (e.g I765 or I131)?

If I do travel outside U.S during my Green Card Application do I need to fill out form I-131 or take any other steps even though I am still on my H1b visa ?

If you intend to maintain your H-1B status throughout your AOS, you do not need to fill in I-765 or I-131. As long as you have a valid multiple entry H-1B visa, you can travel while your AOS is pending.

My Question:
