Regarding Status change to H1B from F1

hi
I am a grad student in USA and i will be graduating in June 2006. I have done my Bachelors from India, but unfortunately, the degree certificiate has not been issued yet. I would like to know that:

1). Whether i will be eligible to file H1B visa application in June 2006 as by that time (i believe) i will have provisional masters degree.

2).Approximately, what time frame should i have to file H1B visa application

Hi,

Apply for your OPT is Jan- Feb with the start date of OPT as the very next day your school ends. If you have a job in hand u can start working immediately on your OPT after u finish your school. Then your employer can file for your H1. You definitely need your degree certificates and transcrips to file for H1. Make sure you have your Indian Degree certificates and mark sheets/transcripts too by then.

J1 to H1B help

I have currently J1,I participate at postgraduating internship program(training).My DS expires at the end of december,in my passport there is note:"bearer is not subject to section 212E,two year rule does not apply"
I want to stay longer..is it possible to switch my visa to H1B???or extend my J1?if its possible to extend it ..can I do it with new employer or I have to stay with the same employer?how long any procedure take?please anybody undefinedundefined :)

p.s.
I have master in sience degree..I got info that its easier to get H1B with masters..is it true?
