Regarding revoking 140

After resigning from old company. They sent me letter that they are going to revoke my I-140. so what should I do know. I have worked for them from the first day.
My I-485 was filed on Aug 2002 and
I-140 was cleared on Dec 2001.

so would that effect my GC. Would I be denied?
Can I joined a company with having same Job title, Job description. But different geographic location.

Pls do let me know.

Though it should not effect ur 485 after 180 days, there were some case of 485 denial because of 1-140 revocation. I would contact an attorney and send a letter to INS stating ur intent of change of employer, before I-140 is revoked. Also I would suggest to try to talk to ur old employer and convince him not ot revoke , just to be in safe side! Best of luck.

As per as I know, geographical location should not be a problem.

AC21 though might be "unclear" ---> but this definately leaves room for interpretation and implementation of AC21.
Hopefully as more people use AC21 sucessfully; pending 485 cases will be a secondary topic.
