Regarding problem in H1B petition!!

Hello,

I changed the company recently and got the H1 transferred. I had my previous H1 from 2003 March. But i was in India for 2 with previous company yrs. But the new petition with new company doesn't mention that in new petition. I got the new petition in Aug 2006 end. Pls suggest what should i do? Can i still correct my new petition or those 2 yrs are gone.

I would be very greatful for advice.

Thanks for your reply. My previous H1B was from Mar 2003 to Jan 2006. The indian company extended my H1B till Sep 2008. I left the indian company this september in US. The new employer got my H1 transferred . I had told all the details before they applied. But anyhow by mistake they have entered that i was in US from Mar 2003 and requested that i may be given extension for another 3 yrs. I got the H1 valid till Mar 2009. But my stay outside has not be mentioned. Can anyting be done now? Pls suggest.
