I have question regarding part time H1b, My employer is filing part time h1b , so I want to know , is there any disadvantages of part time h1b except that I cannot work on it more than 20hr/week, if any can I transfer it later to full time h1b. Is there any complications in it. I am also planning to go back home after my h1b approval so part time h1b will weak choice or not?
