Guys,
My i-140/485 filed on Eb3 in Nov2004 at VSC.As of today i didn't get any info about by 140.There are Lud's for 3 days in the month of Feb'2005.After that no Lud's change and no message change.
Yesterday,my enployer sent the letter to VSC regarding my status check for i-140.
I have Masters degree in computer science from india and 8 + years of experience in India,japan and USA.I filed under EB3.My company has 123 employees.
How long it will take to get response to my employer letter from VSC?
Shall i expect any Lud changes on i140?
IS their any good or bad sending the letter like this?
