i hope you will help me out someway. i had applied for my F1 visa on aug'2007 but got rejected then again the next week i applied in the same status but again was rejected under 214(B). then after three months in November'2007 i applied again but on a f2 status as my husband is there on F1 visa. Last august only he also moved there. But the third time also i got rejected under 212(a)(4). They felt that i may be public charge.Now my Query is that when i should apply next and my husband is now trying to finish his course(MS) within this september and then go for OPT. So my question which will be the optimum time for me to apply as it is been 6 months now that i have applied.
