Regarding job change!!

Hello,

I have changed my job from a Indian company A to company B. I told my company A the reason that I am going back to India so get a replacement for me. After giving KT I left . I have joined company B now. Can Company A create problems with INS or in my H1B tranfer etc? i have got my H1 tranfer recipt from comapany B and waiting for approval. Pls suggest.

It all depends on the timings. If your employer believed you and did not cancel the H-1B before filing of your H-1B transfer case- you should be fine.

You can always go for premium to speed up the process. That helps if you are too concerned.
