Regarding I765 and I485

Hi Rajiv,

I came to USA in march 2010 on H1b. I met a girl in 2011 in my friend wedding and we like each other and we married on May 2011 she is US citizen. She file my I130 , I485, I765 concurrently. I got the Receipt number of I130 on my email in September 2011 . My I130 is approved in June 2012 but my concern is i don't have a receipt number of I485 and I765. They didn't send it to me or the Number of I130 form is same of I485 and I765. If in case the number is change where can i get that number. My case is from California service center. Can you help me out please because i am worried in my case. I am waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance and Have a good day.

I don't believe that you have correct information here.

SHE could ONLY file an I-130. YOU file the other stuff. Does the I-130 Approval Notice have an A# on it? The I-130 is a petition and the correspondence is sent to the petitioner--NOT the beneficiary (you are a beneficiary of the I-130). You are the applicant in regard to the I-485 and associated forms.

Did you get an EAD?

I don't believe that you have provided sufficient detail in this query. Step back take a deep breath and try again but add more detail and improve the timeline. Lastly, whatever it is that you "forgot" to mention in the first post---remember it now.
