regarding I-765 with I-485

hi,

i am applying for gc by marriage to usc. i have couple of questions for EAD application. what category i put in my I-765 ( EAD form ).

i heard about e-filing . should i e-file ? is it faster ?

what all i have to attach with this form ?

are there designated photo places who knows USCIS specifications of photos where i can go and get my pictures taken?

No, don't e-file them. I don't think you can do that. Just fill them all out and mail them to Chicago.

You can actually file all your forms together, I-130, 495, EAD, etc, you can find what you need for each form the uscis webpage or in other posts in this forum. You actually cannot file for your EAD without filing your spouse filing for the I-130 first.

I just went to this place in the mall that had a big sign saying 'immigration photos" =)
They were kinda expensive, you can probably get them anywhere as long as they fall within needed specs.

Under new rules GC photo format is now the same as US passport photo.
You can have your picture taken almost everywhere (any photo place).
